THE ADDISON FREEWILL BAPTIST CHURCH BAD WEATHER POLICY:

IT IS OUR POLICY TO HAVE THE CHURCH OPEN AT IT’S SCHEDULED TIMES.  IN THE CASE OF INCLEMENT WEATHER, WE WILL POST A MESSAGE ON THE CHURCH PHONE APPROXIMATELY 2 HOURS BEFORE CHURCH TIME TO INFORM WHETHER OR NOT THE SERVICE WILL BE CANCELED.  THE PHONE NUMBER TO CALL IS 740-367-7063.

 Addison FWB Ladies Aid met on Sept.8,2005 @7p.m. Mickey Smith called the
meeting to order and Lori Owens led the opening prayer.Roll call was by
Mickey Smith with 11 members present.Food Pantry report by Mona
Hamilton,card report by Cathy Long and Treasury report by Mickey Smith.Old
business was reported on by Bonnie Gooldin.
New business included planning of Pastor Appreciation Month of Oct.
Sonia Birchfield reported on our churches participation in "TRUNK OR
TREAT"sponsored by area churches.
Our ladies will be working on various crafts in the months to come.Right
now,we are raising money to help JOY F.M.Radio Station purchase warm winter
coats and gloves for our local children.
Think about attending our next meeting on Oct.13 @ 7p.m.
